Serviceable Locations
We currently deliver to 19,000+ PIN codes across India through our logistics partners.
Processing Time
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. In rare cases, due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., very high demand, courier issues, or public holidays), dispatch may take up to 72 hours.
Delivery Timeline
All orders are expected to be delivered within 7 business days from the date of dispatch.

Free shipping may be offered during limited-time promotions.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
COD is available for eligible PIN codes. Some COD orders may require pre-dispatch confirmation via WhatsApp or SMS.

Once shipped, tracking details will be shared with you via email or WhatsApp. You can reach out to us if you need assistance.
🔁 Return & Replacement Policy
As Beingo products are launched in limited drops, we do not offer standard returns. However, we offer replacements under the following conditions:
You are eligible for a replacement if:

You received an incorrect product

Your product arrived damaged or defective

There is a manufacturing error (e.g., missing pages, severe misprint)
How to Request a Replacement
Please contact us within 3 calendar days of receiving your order. Email us at help@beingo.in with:

Clear photos of the product and packaging

A short description of the issue
We’ll review your request and, if approved, arrange a replacement or issue store credit.
❌ Non-Returnable Scenarios
We do not accept returns or issue refunds if:

You changed your mind after delivery

You ordered the wrong product

The planner has minor print variations (e.g., color differences due to screen display)

You refused delivery or rejected a COD order
Please make sure to double-check your order details before placing it. We appreciate your understanding as a small-batch, drop-based brand.
💳 Refund Policy
Refunds are only processed under the following circumstances:

Your order is cancelled before dispatch (prepaid only)

The product is out of stock after payment

A valid replacement request is approved, but the product is no longer available
All eligible refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method or via UPI/bank transfer (for COD cases, if applicable).
